This version of the Yorick comes with painted 12mm shiplap tongue and groove panels, which can be painted in the color of your choice. Unlike some competitors, our garden space comes fully insulated as a standard feature (base, panels & roof). Additionally, our standard packages include:

– 2 x UPVC Entire Span Fixed Casement Windows located at the front of the structure. (T15 – 79.5 x 200.8cm WxH)

We offer a variety of alternative window and doorway options that can be viewed in the provided references and can be acquired through a price on application agreement. The doorways are available in both Alloy or UPVC. The UPVC doorways and windows come in 4 different colors and require no maintenance! Please note that all internal parts of the UPVC options are White.

The Yorick is designed to meet most height planning regulations, however, we strongly advise you to consult with your local council. All doorways comply with insurance requirements concerning locking. The Yorick structure range is available in a range of sizes to meet our customer’s needs, including L-Shaped structures. If you have any specific size requirements unanswered, please reach out to us for a tailored quote. This is a completely bespoke structure and therefore subject to bespoke commercial Terms & Conditions.

Electricity – If you require electricity in your structure, we recommend an Electrician (of your choice) to be on-site for approximately an hour on the day of installation to carry out the initial electrical setup, to return when the structure is completed to complete the final setup. We do not supply or install any electrical outlets or lighting as part of our service.
