4Life™ Pressure Treated Sheds represent the top range of overlap sheds by Forest. Crafted in the UK, these sheds come in various styles and sizes, all meticulously designed. The 6×4 Reverse Apex Shed (1.88m x 1.34m) is particularly suited for general outdoor storage in smaller yards.
Pressure-Treated Wood with a 4Life™ Pledge
This wooden structure is pressure treated to combat rot and is supported by an unparalleled 25-year anti-rot assurance, the lengthiest available. There’s no need for re-treatment, saving you time and money. Trust in only one shed with a 4Life™ Shed!
Innovative Modular Configuration
Featuring an enhanced fully modular layout, this garden shed arrives in smaller interchangeable panel segments for easier assembly compared to most wooden sheds. This design offers unparalleled flexibility in door and window placements, allowing customization to meet exact needs. With 30% more framing than standard wooden sheds, this 6×4 shed is not just simple to build and adaptable but also exceptionally sturdy.
Structural Composition
The walls consist of 7mm overlap cladding, ensuring proper rainwater drainage and allowing the timber to move naturally with the seasons. Unlike typical overlap sheds, these boards are precision cut, providing a more elegant finish.
The floor, constructed with 14mm solid wood, is 40% thicker than conventional shed flooring and includes pressure-treated bearers for added protection against ground moisture.
The roof is crafted from 8mm solid sheet and outfitted with premium mineral-felt for complete weatherproofing. The reverse apex design, sleek barge boards, and attractive finials contribute to a polished appearance.
Enhanced Security Features
The door can be positioned differently and is designed for both left and right-hand openings. It boasts double-Z framing for extra strength and prevention of warping. Hidden security hinges and a hasp & staple plate ensure the safety of valuable tools (padlock not provided). The PET-glazed window allows ample natural light, is shatterproof, and will not fade or discolor in sunlight. A high roofline offers generous headroom and additional garden storage options.
