The Crimson Lands 4′ x 12′ Dual Gate Clapboard Modular Peak Safeguard Shelter with safety aperture windows is perfect for use in allotments or if your shelter is secluded, at the edge of your yard or near a walkway. This distinctive and adaptable structure also empowers you to select precisely where you desire to place the gate and windows. Featuring modular panels that can be installed on any side and in any position to craft your ideal arrangement. The dual gate can be attached on either side to alter them into right or left pivoted and comes with a dependable lock and key along with a twist button for enhanced security. The shelters have elevated eaves ensuring there is generous altitude within the structure so most individuals won’t need to bend when indoors. The shelter rests on foundation supports to uplift the structure off the ground but is still enclosed on each of the four facets to prevent anything from infiltrating below the floor. This variation of the 4′ x 12′ Dual Gate Clapboard Modular Peak Safeguard Shelter showcases 2 fixed tempered glass safety aperture windows to permit natural light into the structure, while also ensuring the structure is secure. Constructed from superior quality 12mm clapboard timber panels safeguarded with our immediately identifiable water-based treatment. Both the flooring and roof are fashioned from sturdy 12mm tongue & groove panels with mineral felt added to the roof for additional defense against the elements. All timber utilized in the fabrication of our structures has been certified as being obtained from a legal and sustainable origin. This item comes with the Crimson Lands Garden Buildings 10-year assurance included. Providing protection against common timber decay and decomposition – the assurance does not encompass the product against timber fractures or bending which may arise naturally over time.
