The entrance can be installed on either side, enabling the flexibility of right or left orientation, and is equipped with a dependable lock, key, and turn button mechanism. This structure features expansive panes to make the most of sunlight and maximize the delightful garden scenery. The cottages boast elevated eaves ensuring sufficient headroom so that most individuals won’t need to bend while indoors. Elevated on floor joists to raise the structure from the ground, while fully enclosed on all sides to prevent intrusions under the floor. Constructed from premium 12mm shiplap timber boards coated with our distinctive TigerSkin water-based treatment. The flooring and roof are crafted from durable 12mm tongue & groove boards, supplemented with mineral felt on the roof for extra resilience against the elements. All timber employed in the crafting of our structures is certified as originating from a lawful and sustainable source. This item is accompanied by the Redlands Garden Buildings’ 10-year assurance. Safeguarding against typical timber decay and rot – the guarantee excludes splits or warping that may naturally occur over time.
