The Redlands 4′ x 12′ Wooden Shiplap Modular Pent Security Shed, equipped with security narrow windows, is perfect for installation in allotments or if your shed is in a secluded location, at the far end of your garden, or near a walkway. Additionally, for increased protection, a COMPLIMENTARY robust security locking bar is provided. This distinctive and adaptable structure allows you to select the precise location for the entrance and windows. With modular panels that can be mounted on any side and in any configuration to create your ideal setup. The entrance can be hinged on either side, leaving the choice between right or left, and comes with a dependable lock and key with a turn button, as well as a security bar for added safety.

The sheds have exceptionally high eaves, ensuring there is plenty of vertical space within the shed, eliminating the need to bend while inside. Elevated on floor supports, the shed is lifted off the ground, and all four sides are enclosed to prevent anything from entering under the floor. This variation of the 4′ x 12′ Wooden Shiplap Modular Pent Security Shed features 2 fixed reinforced glass narrow windows, allowing natural light to enter while keeping the building secure.

Constructed from premium 12mm shiplap timber panels coated with our well-known TigerSkin environmentally friendly treatment. Both the base and roof are crafted from sturdy 12mm tongue & groove panels, with mineral felt added to the roof for added protection against the weather. All wood used in the construction of our structures is certified as originating from a legitimate and sustainable source. This item is backed by the Redlands Garden Buildings 10-year warranty, providing protection against common timber deterioration and decay – excluding splits or warping that may occur naturally over time.

Please Note: Assembly must be done on a sturdy and level surface made of a suitably durable material and in accordance with the provided instructions. The structure should be treated shortly after assembly and annually thereafter with a suitable high-quality wood preservative.
