The entrances are equipped with a dependable mortice lock and key as standard for increased safety along with a rotating button to securely hold them in place. This particular variation of the 12′ x 6′ Shiplap Pent Shed features two 2mm glass windows that allow abundant natural light to illuminate the structure. Crafted from superior 12mm shiplap timber panels safeguarded by our distinct red cedar water-based treatment. The floor and roof are both fabricated from sturdy 12mm tongue & groove panels with mineral felt incorporated onto the roof to provide extra defense against the elements. Decorative bargeboards and corner strips add the finishing touch to this appealing garden edifice. All lumber used in the crafting of our constructions is verified to have been sourced from a lawful and sustainable origin. This item is accompanied by the Redlands Garden Buildings 10-year warranty. This warranty protects against general timber decay and rot – however, it does not cover the structure against timber cracks or bending that may naturally occur over time. Kindly Note: It is imperative that the structure is assembled according to the supplied guidelines on a stable and even foundation constructed from a suitably resilient material.
