All Oren Sheds are constructed using 12mm thick tongue and groove timber with shiplap design, encompassing the strong and durable flooring and roofing elements. Equipped with toughened safety glass and a Premium High Performance Felt featuring a unique polyester backing, ensuring longevity and resistance to damage. Tongue and groove construction prevails throughout all Oren sheds, employing 12mm thick shiplap tongue and groove timber for enhanced durability and strength across the flooring and roofing components. The shiplap cladding includes a subtle top profile on each board, facilitating efficient water runoff and rapid drying post-rain exposure, safeguarding the shed against water-related harm.

All sheds by Oren that incorporate windows are furnished with toughened safety glass as the standard choice. The toughening process enhances the glass’s structural sturdiness and thermal resistance, bolstering its resilience and ability to withstand temperature fluctuations. Toughened glass boasts 500% more heat and shock resistance compared to standard glass. Additionally, the glass is internally beaded, negating the need for manual installation and complemented with PVC sills on the window units to prevent water ingress and provide a polished look.

For extended longevity and resistance against oxidation, all Oren sheds are outfitted with galvanized hinges, turn buttons, and door pulls. Galvanization involves applying a protective zinc layer to deter rust and other forms of deterioration effectively.

A Premium High Performance Felt crowns the shed, featuring a top-tier waterproofing solution with a specialized ‘polyester’ backing that amplifies durability and minimizes the risk of rips or creases.
