All Oren Sheds are crafted from sturdy 12mm thick shiplap tongue and groove timber, encompassing the floor and roof to enhance robustness and longevity. The robust framing of this structure features rounded edges at every corner, providing a magnificent final touch. This shed is equipped with toughened safety glass as standard and boasts a Premium High Performance Felt with a unique polyester backing, ensuring enhanced durability and prevention of easy tearing or rippling. Complete Tongue and Groove Build
Each Oren shed is constructed with 12mm thick shiplap tongue and groove timber throughout. This includes the floor and roof, which are also 12mm tongue and groove, amplifying strength and resilience. The shiplap cladding incorporates a small ridge at the top of each board, enabling effective water runoff compared to standard tongue and groove. This feature facilitates rapid drying post rainfall, thus safeguarding the shed against potential water damage.

Reinforced Toughened Glass
Any Oren shed with windows is furnished with toughened safety glass by default, enhancing structural endurance and thermal stability. This toughening process elevates the glass’s robustness, bolstering its ability to withstand heat and external pressure considerably. Toughened glass outperforms regular glass by 500% in terms of heat resistance and shock absorption. Furthermore, the glass comes pre-beaded internally, eliminating the need for manual installation, while PVC sills on the window units prevent water ingress and contribute to an exquisite appearance.

Durable Galvanised Hardware
All Oren sheds are outfitted with galvanised hinges, turn buttons, and door pulls to ensure prolonged longevity and reduce oxidation. Galvanisation involves applying a protective zinc coating to prevent rust and other forms of deterioration.

Premium High Performance Roofing Felt
The shed is supplied with a high-grade waterproof felt featuring a specialized ‘polyester’ backing, guaranteeing extended longevity and resistance against tearing or rippling. The felt is saturated with a bitumen (asphalt) coating, which effectively repels water while maintaining breathability for the product.
