Equipped with durable safety glass as standard, along with Premium High-Performance Felt that features a specialized polyester backing, ensuring prolonged longevity without easily ripping or forming ripples.

Continuous Tongue and Groove Construction

All Oren sheds are fabricated using 12mm thick shiplap tongue and groove timber. This includes the flooring and roofing, providing enhanced durability and strength. The shiplap cladding boasts a slight profile atop each board, aiding in quick water runoff and speedy drying after rain exposure to protect against water damage.

Durable Glass

Any Oren shed featuring windows comes standard with toughened safety glass. The toughening process enhances the glass’s structural strength and thermal resistance, raising its resilience against heat and shocks by up to 500% more than ordinary glass. The glass is internally beaded, eliminating the need for self-fitting, while PVC sills on the window units prevent water ingress for a refined finish.

Galvanized Hardware

Each Oren shed is accompanied by galvanized hinges, turn-buttons, and door pulls to prolong the shed’s lifespan and reduce oxidation. Galvanization involves applying a protective zinc layer to prevent rust and other forms of damage.

Premium Waterproof Felt

The shed is finalized with a high-grade waterproof felt featuring a special ‘polyester’ backing for extended durability and tear resistance. This felt is imbued with bitumen (asphalt), which acts as a protective water-repelling coating while allowing the product to breathe.
