The Oren 12′ x 6′ Pent Combi Summer Cottage with 6ft Side Storeroom is fully adaptable, enabling you to place the entrances wherever you desire. This Summer Cottage is available with a 4ft or 6ft side storeroom. It features top-notch timber sourced from the finest forests in Scandinavia. All Oren Summer Cottages are crafted from 12mm thick shiplap tongue and groove timber for the floor and roof, ensuring enhanced durability and strength, leading to a long-lasting structure. This Oren summer Cottage is constructed with sturdy framing that includes bracing on all wall sections. Equipped with toughened safety glass as the standard choice, and a Premium High Performance Felt with a special polyester backing that guarantees a longer lifespan without easily tearing or rippling. The entirety of this Summer Cottage is designed with tongue and groove construction, with the floor and roof also utilizing 12mm tongue and groove for added sturdiness and endurance. The shiplap cladding boasts a small channel at the top of each board which facilitates quick water runoff and accelerates the drying process after rain exposure, thus safeguarding against water damage. Toughened glass is included with any Oren Summer Cottage featuring windows. The toughening process enhances the glass’s structural toughness and thermal resilience, making it more resistant to heat and shock, providing 500% more durability compared to regular glass. The glass comes internally beaded so that fitting is unnecessary, and PVC sills complete the windows for water ingress prevention and a refined appearance. Window Dimensions: Height = 162cm – Width = 45.7cm. All Oren Summer Cottages are equipped with galvanized ironmongery such as hinges, turn buttons, and door pull, enhancing longevity and reducing oxidization. Galvanizing involves coating with a layer of zinc as a protective measure against rust and other forms of damage. The premium High-Performance Felt ensures the Summer Cottage stays dry and lasts longer, thanks to a waterproof coating with a special ‘polyester’ backing that prevents tearing and rippling. This unique felt material is saturated with a bitumen (asphalt) coating that repels water while allowing the structure to breathe. Please be aware that the overall dimensions of the Summer Cottage (12×6) include the side storeroom.
