The Oren 12′ x 6′ Overlap Modular Bespoke Apex Shed has been formulated for effortless assembly. This shed is adjustable allowing you to position the doors and windows in any location, making them suitable for any backyard. Crafted from superior quality 10mm thick overlap cladding, with a notably substantial 40mm overlap to reduce timber movement and develop a sturdier, more enduring product. This shed is equipped with hardened safety glass as standard, and a Premium High Performance Felt with a unique polyester backing, guaranteeing extended longevity and prevention of easy tearing or rippling. Tongue and groove base and lid
The base and lid of your shed are constructed from 12mm thick tongue and groove timber. Inferior timbers like OSB or chipboard are not utilized.

Rustic Overlap Cladding
Your shed is constructed from premium 10mm thick overlap cladding with an extra-large 40mm overlap to minimize timber motion and form a more robust, more durable product.

Hardened glass
Every Oren shed with windows is accompanied by hardened safety glass as standard. The hardening process enhances the structural strength and heat resistance of the glass, enhancing its resilience and capacity to endure heat. Hardened glass is 500% more resilient to heat and impacts than regular glass. The glass is pre-fitted internally, sparing you the need to install the glass yourself, while PVC ledges finalize the window units to prevent water penetration and present an exquisite appearance.

Galvanized iron fittings
All Oren sheds are provided with galvanized hinges, turn buttons, and door pulls to prolong the shed’s lifespan and reduce oxidation. Galvanization involves coating with a defensive layer of zinc to shield it from rust and other harm.

Premium High Performance Felt
The shed is accompanied by a top-performing waterproof felt with a unique ‘polyester’ backing to ensure extended durability and resistance to tearing. The felt is impregnated with a protective asphalt coating that repels water yet allows the product to breathe.

Advanced exterior wood preservative
Advanced exterior wood preservative with wax additive negating the necessity to re-treat your shed for a FULL YEAR. It is water-based and carries just the right quantity of wax, enabling you to repaint in a different color if desired.
