It is fitted with an innovative EPDM rubber roofing system with a 50-year lifespan. A gutter edge drip plate is also provided to assist in proper drainage and prevent water accumulation alongside the log cabin. Below 2.5m Height – All cabins are built with a ridge height under 2.5m, avoiding many potential planning permission limitations related to residential constructions. Additionally, there are extra deep 145mm roof purlins to ensure that structural integrity is not compromised by the lower height.
