The Oren 10′ x 6′ Shiplap Pent Bike Shed offers a secure and top-notch solution for storing your bicycles, garden equipment, or children’s playthings. This pragmatic and incredibly roomy bicycle storage is an ideal enhancement to your outdoor space if you need extra room. The entirety of Oren sheds is constructed from 12mm thick shiplap tongue and groove lumber, providing exceptional sturdiness and longevity. Both the floor and roof are also 12mm tongue and groove, reinforcing the structure. The shiplap cladding features a slight groove on each board’s top, allowing water to flow off more efficiently compared to standard tongue and groove. This design aids in faster drying after rainfall, safeguarding the shed from water-related issues. Equipped with galvanized fittings, including hinges and turn buttons, all Oren sheds are designed to resist corrosion and last longer. Galvanization involves applying a protective zinc layer to prevent rust and other forms of deterioration. Additionally, the shed comes with a premium grade waterproof felt, boasting a special ‘polyester’ underlay for increased durability and tear resistance. The felt is impregnated with bitumen (asphalt), a water-repellent protective agent that maintains breathability while safeguarding against moisture.
