The internal panels undergo a proprietary zinc borate process to resist fungal decay and insects. Supported by a robust 70 x 44 mm frame, the cladding ensures a sturdy build. The flooring consists of 20mm T&G, fully insulated with 25mm Celotex and internally finished with an appealing herringbone vinyl effect. Externally, the roof comprises 11mm OSB Board coated with a 1.2mm EPDM rubber roof, carrying a 50-year guarantee. Internally, the roof features 23mm of insulation topped with 12mm of MDF. All internal cladding is moisture-resistant MDF, grooved to mimic classic cladding.
The interior wall and roof insulation features YBS Airtec Double, a reflective aluminium foil with dual laminated surfaces on either side of an air bubble membrane, serving as a Vapour Control.
