The Summer House Studio for Gardens created by Loxley presents a modern rendition of the traditional summer lodge. Characterized by top-notch, see-through double entrances and two capacious opening casements, it bathes the inner space in ample sunshine, perfect for an efficient workspace. The casements and entrances come with sturdy, dual-paned toughened glass. Produced in a durable design resistant to storms, the windows and entrances are locked with a mortice lock. The construction stands on strong 44 x 70 mm (2″ x 3″) square frames and enveloped with 20mm rebated bevel cladding superlap panels crafted from superior, leisurely matured pine obtained from northern Europe. The rooftop consists of 12mm T&G panels with mineral roofing felt included for waterproofing. The flooring is 16 mm in thickness. This lodge is pre-treated with a preliminary protective coating, enabling you to use your desired final coating immediately upon assembly, whether it is a wood paint or tint.
