The Loxley 10′ x 6′ Dual Entrance Shiplap Barn showcases a tall Dutch Barn inspired roof with a distinctive feature gable, making it a unique, handcrafted garden structure. The sleek roof design provides ample headspace and the potential for storage within the roof area. The broad dual doors, equipped with a padbolt, allow effortless entry into the barn, while the generously sized, hinged, weather-resistant side windows flood the interior with natural light. The doors are adaptable to either end. Crafted with 12mm slow-grown shiplap cladding, premium quality pine on robust 34mm square framing, the roof and floor boast 12mm T&G construction. The barn comes complete with mineral roof felt, a comprehensive fixing kit, and detailed assembly instructions. It is treated with a protective honey brown basecoat, ready for your choice of finishing coat upon installation, such as wood paint or stain.

Upon placing your order, you will receive a link to select your preferred delivery date. On the delivery day morning, you will receive real-time tracking updates. When positioning the barn, ensure there is ample space for the roof overhang, access for painting, and ease of installation. Please refer to the metric dimensions on the provided plan drawing for precise measurements. Before assembling the structure, ensure you have a flat, level base of adequate size. Grass, soil, or gravel are unsuitable as they may shift under the weight of the building.
