The redwood cladding is safeguarded with Teknos Aquatop, a high-quality exterior paint. We recommend reapplying this paint every 6 years. With proper care, the cedar shingles on the roof are expected to last at least 30 years, extendable to 50 years with suitable maintenance using cedar cladding oil.
