This unit comes fully equipped as an out-of-the-box office, with external and internal painting, complete insulation, double glazing, and a Herringbone pattern vinyl floor, all expertly installed on your prepared foundation. The single entrance is secured with a three-step lock, and during the warmer months, you can work with the windows wide open to enjoy the sounds of chirping birds.
The design and build of this chamber are as impressive as its appearance. The outer cladding consists of 19 x 125mm overlapping panels treated with a special zinc borate process to resist decay and pests. These panels are supported by a 44 x 44mm frame for durability. The 20mm T&G floor is fully insulated with 25mm Celotex and internally finished with the appealing Herringbone vinyl.
On the exterior, the roof is constructed with 11mm OSB Board covered with a 1.2mm EPDM rubber roof offering a 50-year warranty, while the interior features 23mm of insulation finished with 12mm MDF. The interior cladding is moisture-resistant MDF, grooved to mimic traditional cladding. The wall and roof insulation utilize YBS Airtec Double, an aluminum foil with air bubble technology for vapor control and an R-Value of 1.45.
