Referred to as the most sought-after and best-selling garden structure from our collection, the Customized Insulated Garden Room Othello exudes a contemporary and stylish design fitting for any outdoor or garden space. Every garden construction from Bards is meticulously created with top-notch craftsmanship, allowing you the freedom to tailor the structure in various ways to showcase your unique taste. This specific iteration of the Othello features 14mm Vertical cedar cladding.

Cedar garden rooms have garnered worldwide acclaim owing to their fashionable aesthetic, low maintenance requirements, and durability against rot, splitting, and fungal decay. In contrast to certain competitors, we ensure the garden room comes fully insulated as a standard provision (including floor, walls, and roof). The standard package incorporates:

  • UPVC Double Doors (4′ – 123.3 x 200.8cm WxH)
  • 2 x UPVC Full Length Fixed Casement Windows positioned at the front of the structure (T15 – 79.5 x 200.8cm WxH)
  • 1 x UPVC Full Length, Top Opening Casement Window for the side of the building (T10LEA – 58.5 x 200.8cm WxH)
  • 9mm vertically grooved and primed MDF board for internal cladding
  • Sturdy EPDM rubber roof cover
  • Additional 8mm laminated flooring with 3mm underlay
  • A selection of Laminate Colours to pick from

We present various alternate window and door choices as detailed in the accompanying documentation and available upon request. Doors are accessible in both Aluminum or UPVC variants. UPVC doors and windows offer four different color selections and demand minimal upkeep!

If opting for customization with a POA (Price on Application) possibility, it is advisable to communicate with a staff member from our expert sales team. The Othello complies with the majority of height planning regulations, however, it is recommended to confirm with your local governing body for precise information.

Our Wall Insulation Scheme includes:

  • External Cladding – 14mm Vertical cedar cladding
  • Air Gap – 12mm space between external cladding and external lining
  • External Lining – Premium breather membrane
  • Insulation – 50mm Mineral wool insulation
  • Internal Cladding – 9mm vertically grooved and primed MDF board

In the event electricity is necessary for your structure, we recommend having an Electrician on-site for installation. We do not furnish or set up electrical sockets or lighting fixtures as part of our service.
