Our standard package includes several features like Concealed Nailing, UPVC Double Doors, UPVC Full Length Fixed Casement Windows, UPVC Full Length Top Opening Casement Window, internal cladding made of 9mm vertically grooved and primed MDF boards, Bardoline classic roof shingles, and 8mm laminated flooring with 3mm underlay. Customers can select from a variety of laminate colors.
We offer a selection of alternative window and door options which can be found in the accompanying documents and are available upon request for pricing. UPVC doors and windows are offered in four different hues and require minimal maintenance. It is important to note that all internal components of the UPVC selections are White. The doors and windows are crafted with premium joinery and feature draught-proofed sealed units.

Our Wall Insulation consists of painted tongue and groove cladding, a 12mm air gap, high-quality breather membrane, 50mm Mineral wool insulation, and 9mm vertically grooved and primed MDF board internal cladding.
Our Floor Insulation includes tongue & groove matchboard floor boards, 40mm sheet insulation, and additional 8mm laminated flooring with 3mm underlay.
Our Roof Insulation incorporates Classic Roof Shingles, Boarded Roof Frame, high-quality breather membrane, 50mm Mineral wool insulation, and 9mm vertically grooved and primed MDF board internal cladding.
In the event that electrical services are required in your building, we recommend having an Electrician present during the installation to oversee the electrical work. Please note that we do not supply or install electrical outlets or lighting as part of our service.
