The 72mm thick dual-layered walls, double-glazed windows and fully insulated roof, flooring and walls indicate that this Enclosed Outdoor Area with Linked Storage Unit is perfect for year-round utilization. The flat roof creates a modern shape in your yard, while promoting excellent rainwater drainage, helping to keep your structure dry for many years to come. The roof is covered with premium mineral felt. Adley Enclosed Garden Areas are constructed using sustainably sourced, certified timber and are manufactured in the UK by a highly skilled team. Please Note: The cost of this item includes full installation of the structure in your yard. It is always recommended to check with your local planning authority before purchase. A solid and level base is required for this, either made of solid concrete or concrete slabs.
