Within this heated garden shelter measuring 3m x 3m, you will find a modern and sophisticated arrangement, offering a functional and snug area. Equipped with double-pane windows that help retain optimal warmth, two of these windows are designed to open at the upper portion. To illuminate the front of your garden shelter in the evenings, recessed lights have been integrated into the roof’s extension. Kindly note that the price of this item includes the full installation of the shelter in your garden. Before proceeding with your purchase, it is recommended to seek advice from your local governing body. For this, you will need a stable and level base, which can be created using either solid concrete or concrete paving slabs. To prevent damage to the floorboards of the shelter, it is recommended to overlay the floor with carpet or laminate material. Please be aware that these warmed garden shelters do not come pre-coated or painted. Application of wood preservative treatment is not included in the installation process. To be eligible for our 15-year anti-decay guarantee, it is necessary to annually treat the structure with a high-quality solvent-based wood preservative.
