Our standard bundles come equipped with highlights such as Concealed Nailing for a flawless finish without visible nail holes on the cladding. Additionally, the bundle incorporates UPVC Dual Doors (4′ – 123.3 x 200.8cm WxH), 2 x UPVC Full Length Fixed Casement Windows positioned at the front of the edifice (T15 – 79.5 x 200.8cm WxH), and 1x UPVC Full Length, Top Opening Casement Window on the side of the structure (T10LEA – 58.5 x 200.8cm WxH). Internally, the garden space highlights 9mm vertically grooved and primed MDF board cladding, Bardoline classic roof shingles, and an additional 8mm laminated flooring paired with 3mm underlay. A variety of laminate hues are offered, along with multiple window and door options featured in the accompanying documentation. The doors are available in Aluminum or UPVC, with UPVC doors and windows offered in 4 distinct shades and necessitating minimal upkeep. Notably, all interior components of the UPVC choices are White. The doors and windows boast high specification joinery with draught-proofed sealed units. Enhancements comprise Superior 12mm vertical T&G matchboard Internal cladding, Guttering & Downpipe, Roof Windows, Canopy Extensions, Internal Wall Partitions with extra door choices, External Painted Plinth Kit for concealing the timber base bearers, Verandah with side wings, and External Decked Area. Our Wall Insulation comprises of: 12mm painted tongue and groove cladding for External Cladding, 12mm Air gap between external cladding and external lining, High-quality breather membrane for External Lining, 50mm Mineral wool insulation for Insulation, and 9mm vertically grooved and primed MDF board for Internal Cladding. For Floor Insulation, we provide: 18mm tongue & groove matchboard floor boards, 40mm Sheet insulation for Insulation, and an additional 8mm laminated flooring paired with 3mm underlay. The Roof Insulation consists of: Classic Roof Shingles, Boarded Roof Frame, High-quality breather membrane for External Lining, 50mm Mineral wool insulation for Insulation, and 9mm vertically grooved and primed MDF board for Internal Cladding. Electrical requirements: Should electricity be necessary within the structure, we suggest having an Electrician (of your selection) on-site for around an hour during installation to undertake the initial electrical work. We do not supply or fit any electrical sockets or light fixtures as part of our service.
