Designed and crafted with expertise in Worcestershire, by the primary producer of wooden garden structures in the United Kingdom, Timberdale is the top-tier selection of sheds by Forest. Featuring top-notch elements throughout and supported by a leading 25-year guarantee, this 12×8 double door combination reverse apex shed (3.65m x 2.52m) is the prime choice for individuals in search of high-class storage along with a remarkable garden workspace, all provided within a single structure.
Premier Modular Construction
This garden shed is made from 12mm tongue and groove panels, renowned for their durability, elegance and resistance to weather. The ingenious modular layout ensures that the shed is transported in smaller sections of interchangeable panels, making assembly simpler and offering greater flexibility for positioning doors and windows. Reinforced with exceptionally robust, doubled-up 33mm framing (66mm x 33mm), this Timberdale Shed is not only simpler to construct and more adaptable than other wooden sheds, but also significantly more sturdy.
Flooring and Roofing
Both the floor and roof are crafted from premium 12mm tongue and groove material. The former can easily bear regular foot traffic and heavier items stored inside. It is equipped with pressure-treated bearers, enhancing support and acting as an efficient shield against ground moisture. The reverse apex roof design makes this garden structure perfect for use as a workshop. It is equipped with a superior 140g reinforced-polyester mineral felt covering for unparalleled weather-resistance (color of felt may vary). Two diamond-shaped finials add a stylish touch to the workshop shed’s exceptionally appealing exterior.
Workshop with Divided Storage
The ledged and braced double doors offer convenient access to the workshop area. They come with exterior turn buttons, interior bolts, and a rim lock to safeguard valuable equipment. Inside, two opening windows offer ample natural light and ventilation. Constructed from 4mm toughened safety glass, they provide security and are ideal for a bustling garden. The dedicated storage section is separated from the workshop by tongue and groove cladding. It has its own ledged and braced door, complete with exterior turn buttons, interior bolts, and a rim lock to protect valuable belongings. This door can be configured for left or right-hand opening to suit the garden’s layout. The elevated roofline of this combination shed provides ample headroom in the workshop space and enhances storage options in the garden shed.
Sustainably Sourced and Effortless Maintenance
The timber utilized in constructing this workshop shed holds FSC® certification, guaranteeing that it originates from sustainable, well-maintained forests. It is pressure-treated and comes with a leading 25-year anti-rot guarantee, eliminating the need for additional treatment and saving time and money in the long term. Forest’s Timberdale assortment of modular tongue and groove sheds encompasses various dimensions and designs, all embodying exceptional construction quality. Assembly instructions are included for a seamless setup.

Shed Base Options
Wooden Shed Base Kit
If you prefer an alternative to laying slabs or concrete, this shed base provides a quicker, more cost-effective DIY solution. The wooden shed base features a framework crafted from UC4 incised timber that is pressure-treated, ensuring its durability and resistance to rot for up to 15 years. The dimensions of the base are 7.5cm (h) x 241.6cm (w) x 354cm (d).
Plastic Shed Base Kit
Effortless to install, the 12×8 plastic shed base kit is an ideal option for avoiding the complexities of laying slabs or concrete when preparing a foundation for a new shed. Its interlocking design simplifies assembly, and although lightweight, it offers a sturdy and durable base for the shed. Manufactured from 100% recycled plastic, this shed base is eco-friendly and can be reused if the shed is relocated. The base promotes ventilation and drainage beneath the shed, aiding in maintaining a dry shed floor. To install the base, connect the square grids and place them on a firm, level ground. It is recommended to use 15kg of 10mm pea gravel per square (gravel not included). Each square measures 500 x 500 x 40mm, and this pack includes 40 squares along with heavy-duty, commercially-graded weed membrane. Please note that the assembly of plastic shed bases is not included in our installation service, and the base should be prepared prior to the installers’ arrival.
