All Oren Sheds are constructed using robust 12mm thick shiplap tongue and groove timber, including the floor and roof, providing superior strength and endurance. The heavy-duty framing of this structure is elegantly rounded at each corner, adding to its visual appeal.

Equipped with toughened safety glass, this shed also boasts a Premium High-Performance Felt with a special polyester backing, ensuring long-lasting durability and resistance to tearing or rippling.

Tongue and groove construction

All Oren sheds feature 12mm thick shiplap tongue and groove timber throughout. The 12mm tongue and groove floor and roof contribute to enhanced sturdiness and longevity. Shiplap cladding features a slight channel at the top of each board, facilitating quicker water runoff and faster drying after rain, fortifying the shed against water damage.

Sturdy toughened glass

Any Oren shed with windows is furnished with resilient toughened safety glass as standard. The toughening process enhances the structural durability and thermal resilience of the glass, rendering it more resistant to heat and shock by 500% compared to regular glass. The glass comes internally beaded, eliminating the need for self-installation, and PVC sills add to the window units’ water resistance while providing an exquisite finish.

Galvanised hardware

Every Oren shed is equipped with galvanised hinges, turn buttons, and door pulls, increasing the shed’s longevity and reducing the risk of oxidation. The galvanising process involves applying a protective zinc coating to prevent rust and other forms of damage.

Premium High-Performance Felt

The shed is furnished with premium waterproof felt featuring a special ‘polyester’ backing, guaranteeing prolonged durability and resistance to tearing or rippling. The felt is impregnated with a bitumen (asphalt) protective layer that repels water while allowing adequate ventilation.
