The Oren 4′ x 4′ Overlap Modular Bespoke Pent Shed has been crafted for simple assembly. This shed is customizable, giving you the flexibility to position the doors and windows at any location, making it ideal for any yard. Constructed from premium 10mm thick overlap cladding, featuring a notably large 40mm overlap to reduce timber movement and produce a sturdier, more durable end product. This shed includes durable toughened safety glass and a Quality High Performance Felt with special polyester backing, ensuring longevity and resistance to tearing or rippling. Your shed’s floor and roof consist of robust 12mm thick tongue and groove timber. No low-quality materials like OSB or chipboard are utilized!

Your shed is constructed from superior 10mm thick overlap cladding. It features an exceptionally broad 40mm overlap to reduce timber movement and generate a more robust, longer-lasting structure.

Any Oren shed with windows comes equipped with durable toughened safety glass as standard. The toughening process enhances the glass’s structural endurance and thermal resilience, improving its strength and ability to withstand heat. Toughened glass is 500% more resistant to heat and impacts compared to standard glass. The glass comes pre-fitted internally, eliminating the need for self-installation, and PVC sills complete the window units to prevent water ingress and offer a polished appearance.

All Oren sheds are supplied with galvanized hinges, turn buttons, and door pull, enhancing the shed’s longevity and minimizing oxidation. Galvanization involves coating with a protective zinc layer to safeguard against rust and other forms of damage.

The shed is finalized with a high-quality waterproof felt with a unique ‘polyester’ backing, ensuring prolonged durability and resistance to tearing or rippling. The felt is impregnated with bitumen (asphalt) for waterproofing while still allowing the product to breathe.

Advanced exterior wood preservative with a wax additive eliminates the need for re-treatment of your shed for an ENTIRE YEAR. It is water-based and contains just the right amount of wax, allowing you to repaint in a different color if desired.
