The Crimsonlands Chemical Treated Luxury Shiplap Apex collection represents the supreme garden storage solutions available on the web and boast an eye-catching yet safeguarded design. Built from ultra-thick 16mm smooth finish shiplap interlocking timber panels with dual heavy-duty pressure treated 58 x 44mm smooth framework all-around providing it with the durability to withstand. This splendid 8′ x 16′ structure features a superior craftsmanship single entrance door with eight superbly crafted mortise and tenon fixed windows, made from 2mm glass. The vintage style door knobs complement the sturdy hinges and three-level security lock. Both the base and canopy are made from sturdy 16mm interlocking boards with mineral felt topping on the canopy for extra shielding from the elements. All timber utilized in crafting our constructions is validated to have originated from a lawful and sustainable source. A 15-year warranty ensures coverage for chemically treated buildings against common timber decay and degradation – although it does not extend to timber cracks or bending that may naturally arise with time. To uphold this warranty, the structure must be assembled exactly following the enclosed instructions, treated yearly with a suitable premium preservative, and all glass panels must be securely sealed, internally and externally, using silicone or other water-resistant sealants. Kindly Note: It is crucial that the structure is installed in accordance with the provided guidelines on a sturdy and even foundation made from a sufficiently robust material. Shortly after installation, it should be treated and then regularly annually with a suitable premium preservative.
