Crafted from premium 12mm shiplap timber panels treated with our iconic red cedar water-based solution. The flooring and roofing are both made of sturdy 12mm tongue & groove panels with mineral felt topping the roof for extra defense against the elements. All wood utilized in our constructions is certified to have been responsibly sourced from legal origins. This item includes a 10-year warranty from Redlands Garden Buildings. The guarantee safeguards against common wood decay and rot – while excluding splits or warping that may happen naturally over time. Please be advised that the product must be built following the provided instructions on a strong, level base made of a durable material. It should be treated shortly after construction and then annually thereafter with a suitable, high-quality preservative.
