Equipped with toughened safety glass as a standard feature, and a Premium High Performance Felt with a specialized polyester backing, this shed ensures prolonged durability and prevents easy tearing or rippling. Tongue and Groove Construction: Every Oren shed is crafted from 12mm thick shiplap tongue and groove wood. The 12mm tongue and groove flooring and roofing enhance the shed’s robustness.

Shiplap Cladding: The shiplap cladding includes a unique top profile on each board, facilitating quicker water runoff compared to standard tongue and groove structures. This feature accelerates the shed’s drying process post-rain exposure, thereby shielding it from water-related damages.

Toughened Glass: Any Oren shed with windows is furnished with toughened safety glass as a standard inclusion. This toughening treatment elevates the glass’s structural resilience and thermal endurance, bolstering its ability to withstand heat and shocks. Toughened glass is notably more heat and shock resistant than regular glass. Internal beading of the glass eliminates the need for self-installation, while PVC sills on window units prevent water ingress and offer a polished appearance.

Galvanized Ironmongery: All Oren sheds feature galvanized hinges, turn buttons, and door pulls, ensuring prolonged shed longevity and minimizing oxidation. The galvanization process involves coating protective zinc layers to safeguard against rust and other forms of damage.

Premium High Performance Felt: The shed is complemented with a high-performance waterproof felt, featuring a specialized ‘polyester’ backing that enhances durability by preventing rips and ripples.
