The Othello series offers a range of sizes, including L-Shaped configurations, and custom dimensions can be requested for a personalized estimate. Wall insulation is a combination of 14mm Vertical cedar cladding, a 12mm air gap, premium breather membrane, 50mm Mineral wool insulation, and 9mm vertically grooved and primed MDF board. Floor insulation features 18mm tongue & groove matchboard floor boards, 40mm Sheet insulation, and additional laminated flooring with underlay. Roof insulation incorporates EPDM Firestone rubber roofing, 50mm Mineral wool insulation, and 9mm vertically grooved and primed MDF board.
For electrical requirements, we recommend having an Electrician on-site during the initial installation for the first fix, with the final fix being completed once the building is installed, as we do not provide or set up electrical sockets or lighting fixtures.
