The 8′ x 8′ Classic Dutch Barn Sturdy Timber Garden Shed (2.44m x 2.44m) fuses elegance, strength, and some storage-friendly characteristics to create a highly exceptional storage shed. Fabricated from 12mm tongue and groove shiplap cladding, supported by a robust 38mm x 50mm frame, this exquisite timber shed is undeniably designed to endure. The foundation and roof are composed of superior 12mm tongue and groove panels, with the latter being equipped with a weather-resistant felt layer to repel rain. The distinctive curved design of the roof and diamond-shaped finials ensure that this robust shed is not only durable and weatherproof, but also exceptionally appealing.

Convenient, storage-friendly entrance is achieved through ledged and braced double doors, which feature zinc hinges, a handle, and a key-operated lock to safeguard valuable tools and equipment. Upon entry, the shed’s ample height provides abundance headspace, while the braced loft area offers an excellent solution for expanding garden storage possibilities. Three windows, 2 fixed and 1 operable, deliver ample natural light and ventilation to the interior. These windows are all constructed from toughened glass.

Delivered with a comforting 1-year components warranty (excluding roof felt), this garden shed has been dip treated and should undergo re-treatment within 6 weeks of assembly and annually thereafter to shield the timber from decay and preserve its attractive appearance.

Opting for pressure-treated timber would extend the anti-rot assurance to 15 years. Moreover, the cladding will be upgraded to a thicker 15mm at no additional cost! It is important to note that the pressure-treated timber still necessitates waterproofing post-assembly and then on an annual basis.

Various optional enhancements are also on offer, such as converting a fixed window to an operable one, opting for no windows, selecting a Pro Shed Base Kit, hardwood floor bearers, and, of course, upgrading to pressure-treated timber.
