With a 5-year parts warranty and available in multiple sizes, this carport is supplied with an assembly kit and instructions for easy setup. It is essential to treat the untreated wood with preservative post-assembly and annually thereafter to prevent decay and rot. Please be aware that the roofing material is not included. Optional extras like SBS, EPDM, or Roof Underlay Felt can be purchased for added protection. SBS is a durable torch-on weatherproof material with a long lifespan, while EPDM offers a high-quality, long-lasting rubber cover. Roof Underlay Felt can serve as a temporary or underlay covering.
